Jalibet Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Policy

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") every individual who uses the Jalibet platform and its services ("Member" or "you") constitutes a legally binding agreement. Jalibet ("We" or "the Company") is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under an international license.

By accessing the Jalibet website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Jalibet.

These terms and conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use Jalibet's services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Jalibet does not permit minors to use the platform, and proof of age will be required during verification.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted. This verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact Jalibet Support immediately. Jalibet will not be held liable for unauthorized transactions that occurred without your knowledge, unless you can demonstrate that you followed all security guidelines.

Jalibet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method and your VIP tier.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal timeframe: 5–30 minutes for standard members; faster for VIP members.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.
• Jalibet does not charge any transaction fees, though fees imposed by the payment provider may apply.
• An AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy is enforced to prevent suspicious transactions. Additional documentation may be requested for unusual activity.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Jalibet. Each sports category may have its own detailed rules, which can be found on the relevant page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if the cash-out feature is available, it may be used within the specified time window.
• Jalibet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or clearly incorrect odds. The stake will be refunded in such cases.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds confirmed at the moment a bet is accepted will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the associated bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• When a cricket result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, Jalibet will treat the decision of the relevant international cricket governing body as final.
• Maximum single-bet stakes and payout limits vary by market and are listed on the relevant match page.

A parlay or combo bet pays out in full only if all selections are correct. If one event is cancelled, it counts as odds of 1.00 and the payout is calculated based on the remaining events.

Jalibet offers a variety of bonuses and rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant offer page. General terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus applies only to the first deposit of a newly registered member. This bonus cannot be claimed across multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before those conditions are fulfilled.
• The deadline for meeting wagering requirements is specified separately for each bonus. If the requirements are not met within that timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Cashback and referral bonuses carry no wagering requirements and are credited directly to your account as cash.
• Jalibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. This will not affect bonuses already in progress.
• If Bonus Abuse is detected, any bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited from the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jalibet platform and will result in account termination if violated:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Systematic abuse of bonus offers (such as repeatedly claiming welcome bonuses under different identities).
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automation tools.
• Deliberately exploiting incorrect odds or technical errors (Arbitrage Abuse).
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's personal information or account without authorisation.
• Defrauding or harassing Jalibet staff.

Any member may close their account at any time by submitting a request to support@jalibet.best. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Jalibet may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information during KYC verification or failing to complete verification.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified under AML regulations.
• At a member's own request, as part of Responsible Gaming.
• By order of a court or directive of a regulatory authority.

Any valid balance at the time of account closure (with no outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded. Closed accounts may be appealed — contact support@jalibet.best for details.

Jalibet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or addiction. With that in mind, we provide every member with the following tools at no cost:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Set a maximum stake limit per single bet.
• Cooling-Off Period — pause betting for a set number of days.
• Self-Exclusion — take an extended break from betting.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent minors from registering or using this service. Jalibet will take immediate action upon identifying any suspicious accounts.

• Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• Player funds are held in separate ring-fenced accounts.

Jalibet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent at least 7 days in advance to your registered email or by SMS.

• Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• All disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will proceed to arbitration.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, all remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
